Get Boxing classes are a great way for teens and young adults 12+ to improve their confidence, develop their fitness and strength, build lasting friendships, and learn some basic self defence.

Our classes involve boxing skills and improving fitness in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

We cover a range of fundamental boxing techniques including the jab, hook, uppercut, and straight punch as well as balance and footwork.

Our Classes

Every boxing session is well planned and managed with a Senior Coach and Assistant Coaches at every class, who work together to create fun and engaging sessions. Zero boxing experience? Not a problem. We cater to all experience levels and you’ll be given all the instruction you need to gain confidence with new skills and have an awesome time in the process!

We focus on correct punching and footwork, balance, fitness, and strength-building exercises. We practice single punches and complex combinations, which will dramatically improve your coordination and balance. The classes also incorporate fitness building boxing drills, cardio work, core strength development, strengthening exercises, hand pad drills, partner work, floor exercises, circuit training, and more!

Our boxers wear hand wraps and boxing gloves for every session.

Our Studio

Get Boxing classes for Teens are held in a Martial Arts and Boxing studio set up in the West Lindfield Community Hall in Sydney.

We’ve got all the equipment you need for a productive class including hanging bags, focus mitts, punch shields, skipping ropes, balance cushions, hand weights, slam balls, and footwork ladders.

The studio is fully air-conditioned for comfortable training and has convenient onsite parking

The Get Boxing Team

All employees of Get Boxing have current WWCC (working with children check), combined with a passion to see every teen in our club excel in their boxing and achieve their fitness goals.

Our senior instructor is a qualified Boxing Coach and Personal Trainer with extensive experience in the fitness and exercise industry. His relaxed, non-confrontational, and engaging personality will put you at ease, allowing you to do your best, at your own pace.

Enrolment & Fees

Joining Get Boxing is simple! Once you’ve decided to join us you’ll need to complete our enrolment form via Enrolmy. Once we have your information we’ll be in contact with the next steps.
  • There is a one time enrolment fee of $20 for new students
  • Get Boxing’s training fee per term is $325.00 which includes a public liability fee
  • Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and uniform available for purchase when you enrol with us via Enrolmy

We offer a 10% family discount for children who have brothers and sisters already training with us.

This discount also applies to students who train in karate AND boxing.

What to Wear & Bring

  • Black shorts or black track pants
  • White Get Boxing tee shirt (available to purchase via Enrolmy)
  • Sports shoes that are clean, supportive and allow you ease of movement
  • Please bring a drink (water) to your lesson
