Every boxing session is well planned and managed with a Senior Coach and Assistant Coaches at every class, who work together to create fun and engaging sessions. Zero boxing experience? Not a problem. We cater to all experience levels and you’ll be given all the instruction you need to gain confidence with new skills and have an awesome time in the process!
We focus on correct punching and footwork, balance, fitness, and strength-building exercises. We practice single punches and complex combinations, which will dramatically improve your coordination and balance. The classes also incorporate fitness building boxing drills, cardio work, core strength development, strengthening exercises, hand pad drills, partner work, floor exercises, circuit training, and more!
Our boxers wear hand wraps and boxing gloves for every session.
